Quick, but at what cost? It might have seemed like a good idea at the time but now it is here there is more to think about. Do you have the right equipment? Are the quantities right? Even if it is finished it might not taste right.

If you’re prepared to go to such an effort, why not just get real Spuds and spend some time getting it right. No substitute for the real thing.
